My client is looking for an experienced PMO Consultant who can fulfil the below duties. The ideal candidate will be able to manage financial and project reporting as part of the PMO team.
PO management and receipting will also be a large part of this role and previous experience will be necessary.
The overarching programme is a large Data Centre Exit to AWS with over 645 streams of work with lots of moving parts.
The successful candidate will need to hit the ground running in a fast paced environment.
AWS or Entra experience would also be highly advantageous.
Please note that references and a DBS check will need to be carried out due to the nature of this business being in Aviation.
1. Hands on experience with Jira, Confluence and Sharepoint
2. RAID Management Ownership
3. Ability to Forecast and Budget, working closely with Finance Business Partner
4. Ability to run Board and Steerco Meetings in the Programme Manager's absence
5. Considerable Agile/Prince2 Project Delivery Experience
6. Extensive Governance and Control Experience
7. Advanced End-to-End Planning and interdependency management
8. Strong Financial and Budget Management including Business Case development
9. Global Cross Functional Milestone Delivery and Reporting
10. IT Service Management understanding
11. Vendor Management
12. Establish and run change management process
13. In charge of on-boarding and off-loading resources for the programme
14. Develop and manage resource profiles
15. Director Level Stakeholder Engagement
