THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity to join an expanding and top-ranked healthcare regulatory team, undertaking investigations and other key tasks for a large healthcare regulator.
You will be working under the supervision of a partner or principal associate, whilst supervising paralegals within the team.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated to develop their own and the team's practices.

The role will include:
1. Case management and progression under partner or principal associate level supervision
2. Supervision and management of paralegals within the team
3. Reviewing evidence
4. Interviewing witnesses and drafting statements
5. Drafting instructions to counsel and experts
6. Corresponding with witnesses, experts, counsel, and other stakeholders
7. Supporting stakeholders including vulnerable witnesses
8. Drafting court documents
9. Drafting legal advice on evidence and case status
ABOUT YOU
Ideally, previous experience along with a genuine and demonstrable interest in this work.
This is a varied role for a lawyer with 2-6 PQE who has a flexible approach paired with previous experience of working in the healthcare, regulatory, or insurance fields.
