The focus of this role is on supporting the development of excellent partnership working across Westminster Local Authority, NHS physical health and mental health services, and third sector organizations for adults sleeping rough, resident in homeless hostels, or in mental health accommodation services.
Main duties of the job
The postholder will:
* Hold an operational leadership role within PIH.
* Develop effective relationships with managers and leadership of non-SLAM NHS and Social Services teams in Westminster.
* Work with the leads/managers of PIH and MDT homeless partners to develop care pathways.
* Take a lead on developing operational policies, procedures, and service design.

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical
* To provide a high level of clinical expertise in supporting the psychological needs of clients.
Teaching, training, and supervision
* To provide specialist training in psychological and trauma-informed approaches to care for other professionals.
Management, recruitment, policy and service development
* To hold an operational leadership role within PIH.
* To develop effective relationships with managers and leadership of non-SLAM NHS and Social Services teams in Westminster.
* To work with the leads/managers of PIH and MDT homeless partners to develop care pathways.
Person specification
Qualifications
* Entry-level qualification in applied psychological therapy/mental health/social welfare profession.
* Registered with professional body as appropriate to discipline.
Experience
* Experience of post qualification highly specialist psychological assessment and treatment.
Skills & Abilities
* Specialist practitioner skills in relevant psychological therapy.
Knowledge
* Doctoral level knowledge of psychological research methodology.
