This dynamic role works as part of our Professional service team of trained camera and lens technicians, providing support to professional customers who use Canon cameras and lenses. With a love of technology and a strong interest in photography or videography, Canon welcomes those with experience in repair to apply to be a Canon professional camera repair technician in Elstree, Hertfordshire.
Once trained you will have to opportunity to support large scale events such as the Olympics, Football World Cup, Grand Prix’s, and many others.

What we ask
You will:
9. Ideally you will possess a technician repair background
10. Have a strong eye for detail. Canon will provide training for experienced repair technicians with a background in repairing products at a similar level to Canon Imaging products.
11. Have an interest in photography and ideally will have used photographic products/technology in the past
12. Happy to travel for occasional external events both in the UK and abroad
13. Competent user of MS Office and various windows based operating systems.
14. You will have an excellent command of English, written and verbal and possess confident customer service skills.
15. Full Driving License required
You will need
As a Camera and lens Repair Technician you will possess the following skills and expertise:
16. An electrical and mechanical repairs background
17. Engineering/Electrical engineering qualifications would be beneficial but not essential
18. Excellent planning and organisational skills
19. An enjoyment of problem solving with the ability to fault find on various products
20. Comfortable working to specific deadlines on a regular basis
21. A keenness to develop and repair multiple items across the Canon range – Training provided
22. Open to travel when needed
23. Comfortable dealing with a professional customer base
