An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join a high-profile development in Kent. This well-established site is relaunching with a brand-new phase, a fresh show home, and strong international buyer interest.
Working as part of a two-person team, you'll play a key role in driving sales, engaging with both local and international buyers, and conducting virtual viewings. Given the nature of the role, prior new homes sales experience is essential, as there will be times when you'll be responsible for managing the site independently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guiding buyers through the sales journey, from initial enquiry to completion
* Conducting viewings both in person and via video calls for international clients
* Providing exceptional customer service and in-depth knowledge of the development
* Managing the sales suite, ensuring it is presented to a high standard
* Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve sales targets
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in New Homes Sales
* Confidence in lone-working scenarios and the ability to take initiative
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with both local and overseas buyers
* Experience conducting virtual viewings is advantageous as some buyers will be overseas
