Our employees speak highly of us because we believe that every customer and every employee counts.\n \nKey Responsibilities:\n\nRegularly prospecting for new business via self-sourced leads and cold calling \nAppointing and conducting F2F business reviews with each customer to gain a full and detailed understanding of their requirements to allow you to tailor your approach and solution to match their needs\nPresenting our market leading proposition and incredible savings whilst negotiating and closing business contracts with new customers\nSign 10-12 new customers per calendar month.\n \nTo succeed you’ll have:\n\nAbility to evidence success in a sales role\nExcellent relationship building skills, with the ability to objectively evaluate and influence\nResilience in overcoming objections while maintaining a positive outlook\nResult orientated - maximise opportunities through referrals, networking and relationship building\nThrives in a dynamic environment with quick turnarounds, and delivering work that exceeds customer expectations\nProficiency with Microsoft applications and common customer success software such as Salesforce (CRM) \nFull UK Driving Licence\n\nHow you’ll be rewarded:\n\n£33,000 basic salary\n£4,800 car allowance + 25p per mile fuel\nUncapped commission structure with an average OTE of £65k, top achievers earning £100k+\nQuarterly & annual incentives – Total value of an additional £16,000\n25 days annual leave, plus 8 UK bank holidays\nCompany mobile phone & laptop provided \nContributory pension scheme \nShare incentive scheme\nLife assurance\nElectric Vehicle Scheme\nFull training and induction.
