Are you ready to kick-start your career with a global leader in electrical testing? Do you love solving problems and working with cutting-edge technology? If so, we want YOU!
At Megger, we’re on the lookout for a motivated and talented Junior Electronics Technician to join our dynamic team. This is your chance to work with a multinational group of professionals, ensuring the quality and functionality of our innovative printed circuit boards (PCBs).
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Running automated and dedicated PCB tests to keep our products top-notch!
2. Using Computer-Aided Repair systems to log faults like a pro.
3. Performing low-level fault finding and rework on both through-hole and fine-pitch surface-mount components.
4. Decoding component identification codes—yes, we’re talking resistors, capacitors, and ICs!
5. Using multimeters and testing equipment to keep everything in check.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience in a manufacturing environment? Awesome! (But not a dealbreaker!)
2. Soldering/rework skills? Even better!
3. Comfortable using a PC and entering data accurately.
4. Basic literacy and numeracy (trust us, you’ll need them!).
5. Good manual dexterity—you’ll be handling small components like a champ.
A Quick Note: Unfortunately, we can’t accept applications from candidates who require visa sponsorship to work in the UK.
