We are seeking a skilled IT Service Technician / Service Engineer. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of office equipment at customer sites. You will provide high-quality customer service and ensure that machines are functioning at optimal levels to meet client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Install, configure, and test office equipment (printers, photocopiers, fax, computers) at customer locations. Provide preventative maintenance services and conduct routine check-ups to ensure office machines are operating efficiently. Diagnose and repair faults and malfunctions Responsible for completion of service calls Provide costings and quotations Order and maintain a stock of necessary parts, tools, and equipment for efficient service delivery. Run an efficient workshop and service department Promote the companies products, driving sales and feed any information to the sales department Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as an IT field service engineer Minimum of 4 years' experience in diagnosing and repairing office equipment Network connectivity experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Knowledge of Sage preferred (not essential) The role will predominately service clients across Tyrone. A full clean licence is required.
