Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, theres a kids club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a hosted home, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

Our Estelle Waiters cover our four different Restaurant Concepts, they are also responsible our South Terrace and Swimming Pool area and in-room dining for 108 guest bedrooms including our private houses and cottages.
Opportunities are available across all levels of experience and the roles cover a variety of different cuisines.
Our Waiters and Head Waiters will help members and guests to navigate our menus, answer questions on any allergen or dietary requirements, pre-empt members and guests needs and make them feel truly looked after.
Runners and Commis Waiters will assist in the transport of the plates from kitchen to table and assist in providing excellent service to our members and guests.
In-Room Dining Waiters will serve guests in their bedrooms and cottages, allowing them to experience our restaurants menus in the privacy of their room.
Who we are looking for?
* Strong knowledge of cocktail making.
* Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines.
* Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking
* Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests
* An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic
* Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
* Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail
* A genuine passion for hospitality and hosting.
On target potential earnings inclusive of tronc is projected between £13-£17 per hour for these roles (depending on experience). This is made up of a base rate of £11.44-£12.79 per hour, plus inclusion in our tronc scheme.
About gratuities & service charge:
* Gratuities (tips) and service charge(an additional discretionary service charge added to the guests and members restaurant bill across our estate is passed directly to our employees)is paid on a pro-rata basis regardless of your role.
* It is estimated that in 2025, our full-time employees can expect to receive in the range of £6,000 in addition to their annual salary.
