The Role
We have a vacancy for a full-time Showroom Consultant to join our team at our Barnstaple Branch. The role involves maximizing sales and margin for the Company, building strong relationships through face-to-face contact or over the telephone, ensuring correct documentation is used, and following due process in a timely manner. Adherence to all Company policy and procedures is essential.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Deal with all customer queries as professionally and quickly as possible, taking responsibility for the start to end sales process.
* Prepare and manage effective meetings with customers in the showroom or on site.
* Execute and coordinate the sale of the bathroom.
* Ensure all customers are politely and efficiently served to guarantee customer satisfaction.
* Provide customers with advice and guidance on the selection and use of products.
* Offer a flexible service to customers whether on site or in their homes.
* Drive sales forward using appropriate selling techniques.
* Maximize sales using linked selling and other appropriate skills.
* Price all enquiries and quotations quickly and efficiently using market and system information.
The Requirements
* Full driving licence.
* Experience within the bathroom sector.
* Good verbal communication skills with customers and colleagues.
* Ability to take and give instructions.
* Organized in prioritizing workload effectively.
* Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
* Maintain good knowledge of health and safety policy and procedures at all times.
The Hours
Week 1: Monday to Friday 07:30 - 16:30 and Alternate Saturdays as overtime.
