What You'll Lead:
* The creation and execution of a long-term training and skills roadmap
* Development of cutting-edge programmes aligned with evolving sector needs
* Collaborative engagement with industry partners, funders, and awarding bodies
* Oversight of teaching quality, learner success, and compliance standards
* Management of internal teams, resources, and training centre operations
* Hands-on contribution to apprenticeship and vocational qualification delivery
What You’ll Bring:
* Extensive experience in construction-based education or training leadership
* Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., Ofsted, ESFA)
* Certified teaching and assessment credentials (CertEd/PGCE, CAVA, IQA)
* A track record of delivering impactful learning and skills programmes
* Vision, energy, and the ability to build strong partnerships across the sector
