About the role
Working Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm, you will be responsible for:
* Provide support on the Business & Operations Support desk, assisting with daily tasks and ensuring seamless operations.
* Undertake general office administration duties, including scheduling, document management, and correspondence handling.
* Assist other departments with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
* Maintain organised filing systems, track office supplies, and manage routine office maintenance.
* Support the team in implementing operational processes to ensure efficiency across the office.
About you
The ideal candidate will have basic IT experience with Microsoft-based applications and the ability to learn DFDS-specific software. While logistics industry experience is preferred, it is not essential. We are looking for someone who can work independently as well as part of a team, is highly organised, and has excellent attention to detail. The successful candidate must have the confidence to communicate effectively with a wide range of people daily.
