o
+ Help identify and track interdependencies, risks, and blockers-escalating where needed and encouraging collaborative resolution.
o
+ Maintain a clear, consistent view of program health across initiatives, using reporting tools and dashboards where appropriate.
o
+ Act as a steady, neutral presence between teams-promoting transparency, shared understanding, and constructive problem-solving.
o Encourage and contribute to continuous improvement in delivery practices, tooling, and collaboration.
To be successful, you'll have:
* Experience supporting complex, cross-functional programs or roadmap delivery across business, product, and technology teams.
