The job is located on a holiday park site within the independently operated site shop.
The job will entail but not limited to:
1. Running the store on a day-to-day basis (including rota's, sales/wages management).
2. Liaising with the Area Manager to ensure full availability and controlled costs.
3. Delivering great customer service.
4. Staff training.
5. Helping customers.
6. Stocking up and stock rotation.
7. Cash handling.
8. Shop cleaning and tidying.
9. Cashing up.
The role will include evenings and weekends.
An alcohol personal license is desirable but not essential.
Experience within the retail environment is desirable, but full training will be given.
The successful candidate will help to maintain a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, deliver the highest standard of customer service, achieve quality standards within the given deadlines, and have strong organisational and communication skills.
