The role of Assistant Retail Operations Manager is an exciting opportunity to join YMCA England & Wales as a key member of our retail team. As an experienced retailer, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in leading the team to achieve sales targets, driving customer engagement, and improving overall store performance.
