Casual Worker Assignments from April – October 2025
Casual worker assignments are available to support our business to cover busy periods, primarily on weekends and school holidays. In addition to covering staff leave.
Our site operates 7 days a week, some weekend work will be required (no evening work), and shifts can be 4 hours or 7.5 hours in one day. Shifts will be offered and will be subject to your availability.

Our visitor experience team is made up of Team Members and Managers working together to deliver an outstanding level of customer care. The team supports visitors across our attractions in all areas such as visitor engagement, ticketing, guidebook sales and retail. Our aim is to deliver a first-class visitor experience across our unique heritage attractions. We are proud of our Team Members who demonstrate a willingness to learn, communicate and engage positively with diverse audiences and ensure the safety and security of our visitors.
What you can bring:
* A friendly and engaging communication style, with the ability to work with diverse audiences.
* Demonstrable understanding of why excellent customer service standards is critical to success.
* Display an understanding of commercial awareness and its importance.
* Experience of working in a customer focused environment with retail and sales knowledge an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be given.
* Basic knowledge of Health and Safety and Security requirements and/or a willingness to learn more.
* Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
