Senior Recruitment / Principal Consultant – Salary £35,000 to £40,000 – OTE c£60,000+
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant / Principal Consultant with a minimum of 2 years recruitment industry experience. Successful candidates should have a proven track record of growing a desk on either a freelance, perm or dual basis.
As an established agency, we are looking for a Senior Consultant/Principal Consultant who can develop and grow a small business unit, with numerous PSLs with clients to evolve, while also requiring regular business development and networking.
The role includes but is not limited to:
Recruitment duties:
* Managing relationships with existing clients, providing consultative advice based on market insights.
* Business development to engage with new clients, as well as evolving relationships with PSL clients.
* Liaising with the Sales Director.
* Sourcing candidates using a range of innovative channels including social media, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.
* Interviewing candidates, formatting CVs, and producing descriptive and persuasive bios to send to clients.
* Networking and attending local network events.
* Client entertainment.
* Driving and achieving the Branch KPIs.
Management duties:
* Hiring trainee consultants.
* Mentoring and development of junior team members to grow the team.
* Performing weekly 1-2-1’s with goal and target setting.
* Managing KPIs for junior members of the team.
