Our team uses Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Make to automate workflows, and we operate with HubSpot and Bullhorn CRM systems. We are seeking an RPA Engineer to drive automation, optimize CRM workflows, and configure integrations to enhance operational productivity. Leveraging generative AI and building agents to improve productivity and business growth.
Role Overview
As an RPA Engineer, you will be responsible for analysing data, automating complex workflows, and configuring SaaS integrations using Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Make. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions that streamline recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Data Analysis & Workflow Optimization
* Analyse recruitment data, candidate pipelines, and operational workflows to identify automation opportunities.
* Work with recruitment consultants to map out pain points and inefficiencies in hiring and CRM processes.
* Implement data validation rules and quality control mechanisms to improve reporting accuracy.
🔹 CRM Configuration & Workflow Automation
* Configure complex workflows, field mappings, and automations in HubSpot and Bullhorn CRMs.
* Build and optimise no-code/low-code automation solutions to minimise manual data entry.
* Implement and maintain business rules, triggers, and notifications within the CRM.
🔹 No-Code/Low-Code Automation Development
* Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows using Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Make.
* Build low-code applications to enhance recruiter productivity and operational efficiency.
* Set up automated job posting, CV parsing, and lead generation workflows.
🔹 SaaS Integrations & API Configuration
* Configure and maintain SaaS integrations between HubSpot, Bullhorn, LinkedIn, job boards, and other HR tech platforms.
* Work with API-based tools and webhooks to integrate external platforms with recruitment workflows.
* Ensure seamless data synchronization across different systems.
Key Skills & Experience
* Experience with Low code platforms such as Zapier, IFFFT Power Automate, Copilot Studio, or Make for process automation.
* Strong knowledge of HubSpot and Bullhorn CRM systems.
* Understanding of SaaS integrations, API connectors, and webhooks.
* Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms.
* Data analysis skills, with experience in Excel, SQL, or Power BI are a nice to have but not a must have.
* Ability to map and optimize business workflows.
* Familiarity with recruitment industry processes is a plus.
