What will you do?
* Manage the food and beverage service in the restaurant, heading up a team of 25
* Ensure team members maximize all sales opportunities
* Help the team consistently maintain brand standards and high levels of customer service
* Handle all guest inquiries in an appropriate and professional manner
* Manage team member schedules, stock, and wastage levels
What you will have?
* Previous experience in pubs or restaurant
* Experience in supervising a team
* Ability to demonstrate delegation skills
