As a member of the Global Senior Leadership Team, you will use your inspirational leadership skills to not only motivate the marketing team to deliver marketing activities and campaigns, but to influence and drive business strategies by collaborating across teams. · Develop and implement marketing strategies across developed and emerging markets · Conduct market research and analysis to guide our positioning and strategies, focused on growth opportunities. · Collaborating with senior team members across all departments to uncover insights and create innovative marketing and branding strategies. · Identify opportunities for market expansion through new products, regions, or customer segments. · Lead and manage a small but talented marketing team, including setting and monitoring KPIs. · Collaborate with your team to create regional marketing plans that support our overall strategy. · Monitor marketing activities, results, and ROI, and share insights with the team. · Ensure a smooth customer journey that strengthens our relationships with clients. · Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across different markets. · Work with the CEO and FD to plan and manage the marketing budget. · Develop and implement tools to support our global marketing efforts. · Support our distributors and dealers in their regional marketing efforts. · Provide leadership that inspires and aligns with our company values. · Ensure marketing activities are communicated effectively across the organisation. · Ensuring that all current marketing initiatives comply with accepted professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation. About you: To thrive as Head of Marketing, you will need to lead the core areas of the marketing department, including digital marketing, web-based content, offline and online media marketing, social media marketing and direct marketing. You will be uncomplicated and pragmatic in your interactions and leadership style. It would also be good to have the following knowledge and skills: · Working knowledge of search engine optimisation, lead generation and marketing practices, techniques, and outcome expectations. · Experience in leading your teams’ day-to-day duties and responsibilities, as well as project managing larger ad hoc projects. · The ability to develop strong relationships with cross departmental team members to enable collaboration, advice sharing, and directional leadership where required. · Excellent understanding of regulations, professional standards, policies, procedures, and legislation. · The ability to use software packages competently, including Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Dot Digital, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Business Tools, including Analytics, Data Studio, WordPress, Salesforce, Adobe Suite and Vimeo. Qualifications and experience: · A bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a Business Management related subject. · Minimum 8 years’ experience in a marketing role. · Minimum 3 years’ experience in a management role. · Fluent level of both spoken and written English.
