Job Description
The HR Manager will be responsible for:
1. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
2. Providing robust support on employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
3. Managing the recruitment and selection process
4. Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
5. Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organisation
6. Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
7. Maintaining pay plans and benefits programs
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Manager should have:
1. A Level 7 CIPD qualification
2. Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role
3. In-depth knowledge of HR functions (talent management, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
4. Understanding of UK employment law and disciplinary procedures
5. Experience of managing and leading a team
Please note - this is an on-site role and will be office-based Monday - Friday.
