Residential Child Support Workers required to work in a Childrens Residential Home, through the Northern Health and Social Care Trust located in Dundrod. We are currently recruiting for a Band 5 Support Worker to undertake allocated duties of day-to-day care with young people, with an understanding of how to respond and report effectively to disclosures and concerns of abuse. This position is to commence as soon as possible, after pre-employment checks have been completed. Pay rate is £14.53 £23.24, depending on the shift you have worked with overtime, sleepover rate & weekly mileage payment available. Hours of work are on a rota basis with both days & nights needing covered at a Full time or Part time preference. Candidates must be flexible to cover weekends when required. Further training will be given in Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI), provided via the Trust within 3 months of successful start date.
