Alexander Daniels are excited to be working with a leading business based in Telford who are looking to recruit a Finance Assistant on a permanent, full-time basis. Reporting into the assistant Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the administration of the Purchase and Sales ledger, Credit Control and collecting Payroll data. Daily duties: Processing supplier invoices. Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies. Processing payments and receipts from bank statement. Manage outstanding accounts receivable ledger, prepare regular reports on aged debtors and cash collections. Assist with the collation of hours and payroll data. Provide administration support to the wider business teams when needed. The ideal candidate will have: 2 years experience working within a similar role. SAP experience. Good understanding of Excel. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
