Orka Financial is currently working with a business based in Thatcham that is looking to recruit a Finance Manager. The role reports into the Finance Director and has responsibility for the financial management of the business. This role will oversee the AP/AR function and has 2 reports. Duties include, ● Managing day to day accounting operations for multiple businesses ● Preparing and overseeing monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements balance sheets cash flow forecasts ● Handling the month end close process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting across all entries ● Preparing year-end accounts and liaising with company accountants The role requires someone who has solid management/financial accounting experience, ideally with manufacturing and/or construction industry experience. The role is based in Thatcham and is office based 5 days a week. The role could suit a qualified Accountant, or someone qualified by experience. The role is paying up to £55000 dependent on experience and qualification.
