Job summary Please note this role is internal only and therefore only available to current employees of Oxford Health We are recruiting for a Deputy Team Manager to work within AMHT overseeing all aspects of clinical duties as a senior practitioner within the team. You'll act as Care Coordinator within the Care Programme Approach, working with patients with particularly complex needs and deputise for AMHT Team Manager when required. The South AMHT covers Abingdon, Didcot, Wantage & Faringdon and the Wallingford, Henley and Thame sector. This role will be based at Abingdon Community Hospital and will entail covering maternity leave in the assessment function. The AMHT is going through a period of transition in line with the Community Mental Health Framework and the team is awaiting the introduction of the Keystone hubs.
