Job Description
We are looking for a Facilities Operations Manager to cover Northern Ireland and Scotland. This is a 10 month fixed term contract with a salary of £45000.
Key Accountabilities:
* Grow the business by identifying additional opportunities and discussing them with the line manager.
* Complete action plans following internal FM audits and QSM audits.
* Analyse and effectively manage all unit costs.
* Ensure that all services (Catering, Cleaning, Security, Reception, Mailroom, Porterage, and sub-contracted) are well managed and in line with the agreed cost book specifications.
* Ensure adherence to Food safety and HSE compliance.
Essentials:
* Proven track record in managing clients and developing portfolios.
* Proven experience in managing successful teams remotely.
* Multi-site operational experience in a similar role.
* Experience of leading and managing teams to deliver results.
* Track record of growing sales and retaining business.
* Minimum 2 years of Soft Facilities experience in a similar environment; catering, cleaning, security, and front of house services.
* Must have a full driving licence and be able to drive due to the nature of the role.
* Flexibility required as on-call duties may necessitate staying away from home.
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive can-do attitude and professional appearance.
* Previous budget management and/or profit & loss responsibility.
