About the Opportunity
The newly formed Digital, Data and Technology (DDaT) Team are responsible for transforming and supporting all of the force's digital technology needs:
Predominantly supporting Staffordshire Police Voice environment and in areas such as call handling, call recording, call analytics and SIP telephony.
Preferable skillset:
1. Contact Centre technologies (Netcall Liberty)
2. SIP telephony systems (Unify Openscape)
3. SIP Trunk working
4. Voice Recording
5. Call Recording (Tiger)
