Salary: Up to £60,000

As the Nursing Home Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a talented and compassionate team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the home's excellent reputation, fostering a warm and welcoming environment, and driving continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
A Registered Nurse qualification with a valid NMC PIN or a Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification.
Previous experience managing a care or nursing home, with a strong track record of achieving positive CQC ratings.
Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and best practices in residential and nursing care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and resident-centred approach.

You day-to-day
Oversee all aspects of the home's operations, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and maintaining a safe, caring, and effective service.
Lead, inspire, and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Develop and implement strategies to deliver exceptional care while achieving Good or Outstanding CQC ratings.
Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and external stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
Manage budgets effectively, ensuring financial sustainability and achieving performance-related goals.
Provide guidance and mentorship to staff, supporting their professional development and well-being.
