Not only will you be working across some of the world’s best-loved brands, but you’ll be joining a lovely bunch of talented (their words, not ours) people, helping to literally create industry-leading social content. Your responsibilities. You’ll work collaboratively in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving creative environment. Responsible for creating brilliant assets which wow the client. Assemble edits and implement notes from producers and team leads. Deliver edits, on time, on spec as required using Premiere Pro. Work as part of the crew on set assisting, camera operating or autocue operating Participate in creative brainstorms with the video department as well as wider teams and contribute ideas. Research and stay on top of all the latest trends across social, you’ll need to know your Instagram from your elbow, and understand the different formats and associated specs. Some specific skills you’ll need. Creativity: Someone hungry to generate content that reaches millions of people globally. You’ll have a passion and enthusiasm for trends, culture and social platforms, and how to create content that taps into the social zeitgeist. Industry knowledge and expertise: Experience using Premiere Pro, Media Encoder and it’d be a bonus if you’re familiar with After Effects or Photoshop. Working knowledge of operating cameras such as BlackMagic, Sony and Canon Experience adhering to editorial guidelines and style guides. Have a showreel or portfolio of work to demonstrate your appropriate skills and abilities. Open minded, hungry to learn new skills from our senior team. Excellent written communication with great spelling, grammar and attention to detaiil (see what we did there?) Ability to juggle multiple projects at once as well as managing and prioritising your own workload. Teamwork: Openness to feedback, other opinions and ideas. Ability to go beyond the job description when required to help the team. Able to team up with different people when required. You’ll need to be able to work well in a collaborative environment, so great people skills are a must. Flexible, dynamic and dedicated with a proactive and hard-working attitude.
