How You Will Deliver
As a Resource Scheduler, you will be a key player in the events team, overseeing the coordination and efficient allocation of resources. Your exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail will ensure that all resources are planned and deployed effectively, guaranteeing the smooth and successful execution of every event.
Your Skills And Experience
1. Coordination & Planning: Proficient in using scheduling software to plan both reactive and future projects.
2. Resource Management: Expert at ensuring resources are utilised efficiently and positioned correctly to meet event demands.
3. Inventory Oversight: Responsible for managing warehouse software (experience with Hire Track is advantageous), conducting stock takes, and updating inventory records.
4. Procurement: Ordering stock and project-specific items to maintain readiness and supply.
5. Fleet Management: Ensuring the company’s fleet is compliant, well-maintained, and ready for use.
6. Customer Service: Delivering a professional and polished service to clients, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
7. Health & Safety Compliance: Strictly adhering to health and safety regulations, ensuring all practices align with company procedures.
8. Quality Management: Conforming to and adhering to the Quality Management System, as per ISO 9001:2015 standards, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
