Senior Cost Controller Can be based at ScottishPower Glasgow or London Salary from £54,800 with up to 15% Annual Bonus and Single Healthcare Permanent Purpose As Senior Cost Controller, reporting to the Lead Cost Controller / Project Controls Manager, you will provide support to the Project with the implementation of Business standards for Cost Control management. Responsibilities Providing support in the creation and maintenance of the project budget and SAP availability, you will be required to support and maintain the invoicing and payments procedure which includes the blocking and unblocking of invoices. Coordinating and verifying the completion of the month-end Value of Works done, you will also provide ad-hoc cost control support to the Project, monitor open Purchase Orders and the closure of Purchase Order´s when required, including the annual roll over of Purchase Orders and management of extraordinary payment requests. What you’ll bring To be successful as Senior Cost Controller, you will need to demonstrate your knowledge of IT applications (SAP, Microsoft Office, Document Management Systems) and your knowledge of Cost Control for large EPC projects. As a Graduate with Engineering or Business Management degree or equivalent qualifications, you will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence at various levels of an organisation. Fluent in English (both written and spoken), it is advantageous if you possess experience in Offshore Wind projects and working with multi-disciplinary teams (desirable).
