HR Administrator
Location: Royston
Duration: 6 month contract
Hourly rate: 15.00 PAYE
We are seeking a skilled professional to provide seamless support to a HR Operations team while ensuring the utmost confidentiality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, handling emails and HR system processes with precision and care.
* Maintain accurate HR data and facilitate seamless organisational changes.
* Assist in employee on-boarding processes and documentation.
* Generate contracts, certificates, and reports with a keen eye for detail.
* Deliver prompt and effective solutions to employee queries.
* Produce standard HR reports and analytics.
Qualifications:
* Relevant educational background.
* Previous HR experience in a confidential setting preferred.
* Strong administrative skills with proficiency in database management.
* Experience with Workday HR system is advantageous.
* Ability to prioritise tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
