About the Role
As an Instructor/Technician, you will be at the heart of our vibrant learning community, providing practical assistance and supervision to our learners. Your role will support both the Farm Manager and Arable Foreman, ensuring that our resources and facilities are maintained to the highest standard, and that students have the best possible environment to learn and grow. Not only will you have the chance to share your expertise, but you will also play a key part in developing the next generation of agricultural engineers - individuals who will shape the future of the industry.
