Part time- 22-24 hours, this could be 3 days or 5 shorter days
Salary- in the region of £(phone number removed) pro rata
Commutable from Driffield, Beverley, Goole, Market Weighton, Pocklington
Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are recruiting for and experienced HR and Payroll Officer to work part time for a company based in Driffield, East Riding.
The Role
To plan and schedule jobs aligned to customer orders and quotations. Provide delivery and lead time information. Ensuring plans meet the requirements of the customer and are planned without errors.
What you will be doing
Onboarding of new employees
Assisting with recruitment
Maintaining Employee records
Carrying out Right to Work checks
Issuing and maintenance of HR documentation including company contracts and job descriptions
Updating the Employee handbook
Setting up HR policies and initiatives
Keep up to date with current legislation and take any necessary action
Providing HR advice and support to managers
Assist in any disciplinary matters
Monitor sickness
Maintaining holiday records
Support managers in implementing change, eg Organisational structure
Monthly payroll cycle
What experience will you need
Experience of working in HR and ability to manage all areas of HR
Experience of running payroll and liaising with HMRC
CIPD Level 4 desirable
Organisational skills
Experience of industrial placements and use of agencies for temporary staff
Use of Office, Word, excel
