How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Commercial team as a Commercial Intern. In this role, you will assist with various sales-related tasks, including lead generation, data entry, and customer relationship management. Lead Management: Qualify and nurture inbound leads, track lead progression, and collaborate with sales teams to optimise lead conversion rates within Salesforce. Data Input and Cleaning: Accurately input and maintain data integrity within Salesforce, including contact information, account details, and sales opportunities. Perform regular data cleansing activities to identify and correct inaccuracies, duplicates, and outdated information. Salesforce Training: Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to onboard future key users of Salesforce, ensuring they are proficient in utilising the platform's features and functionalities. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and dashboards within Salesforce to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead management, sales activities, and user adoption. Analyse data to identify trends and provide insights to improve business processes. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential leads, understand competitor strategies, and stay informed about industry trends. General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support for the CXL team, including creating presentations, compiling reports, and handling other ad-hoc tasks as required. ___________________ Are you a MATCH? Currently enrolled in or graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program with a focus on business, marketing, or a related field (or relevant work experience). Strong understanding of Salesforce, including its features and functionality (desirable). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in IT. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
