Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and commercially astute Financial Controller to join our dynamic technology company. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will oversee the financial health of the business, lead the finance team, and act as the key liaison with our group parent company. It will include elements of business partnering, planning & analysis.

This is a pivotal role, contributing to the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the company while ensuring compliance with group reporting requirements and financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible for full P&L, balance sheet and cash flow reporting for the company. Maintaining an appropriate control environment; Adhering to group policies and procedures.
2. Oversee the preparation of statutory accounts, ensuring compliance with UK financial regulations and corporate governance standards.
3. Develop and implement financial strategies that align with company objectives and group policies.
4. Prepare and present detailed financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to the MD and the group parent company to tight timescales.
