Your work will also involve producing detailed reports, maintaining accurate records, and preparing essential documentation for hearings or compliance purposes. By leveraging your knowledge of public regulatory legislation, procurement processes, and construction industry standards, you'll contribute directly to cost savings and operational success. About you You are experienced in financial and administrative procedures and have a proven track record of working in environments such as housing departments, Housing Associations, or commercial sectors. Your customer-focused approach makes you an effective communicator, capable of engaging politely and professionally with colleagues, clients, and external agencies. You're proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, creating databases, and working with e-procurement tools and financial systems. Your strong numerical skills enable you to handle calculations with accuracy, while your organisational abilities help you prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
