* 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year - Permanent
* Salary: £30,295 per annum - £33,944 per annum (Dependent on qualifications and experience)

* Deliver engaging and high-quality learning programmes for apprentices and learners.
* Work closely with employers and learners to create tailored training plans.
* Embed essential skills like English, maths, and digital literacy into every session.
* Prepare learners for success in their End Point Assessments with expert coaching.
* Track progress and provide ongoing mentorship to ensure learners thrive.
* Build strong relationships with employers to provide top-notch customer service.

The successful candidate must have NVQ Level 3 plumbing and heating qualification (or equivalent) or a Certified in Core Domestic Natural Gas Safety and Appliances (CCN1). Previous experience of coaching and mentoring people would be an advantage.

* This will be paid as £1,500 at the end of first month of employment and £1,500 after six months completed service.
