Noble Recruiting is working with a not-for-profit professional body hiring a Contact and Advice Centre Managerto join their team in a hybrid working environment.
Responsibilities:
You will manage the organisation’s contact and advice centre ensuring all KPIs are met.
* Manage the contact centre staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality service.
* Lead the contact and advice centre.
* Lead meetings outlining performance objectives.
* Build relationships with key stakeholders from both the UK and non-EU countries.
* Maintain and improve the Centre’s strategies – Data capture, contact handling, and written communication.
* Develop knowledge to provide services to a wide variety of areas – keeping up to date with consumer protection legislation and other relevant UK & EU Law.
* Design & Present training for staff on all new legislations and advice.
* Quality assurance.
* Ensure all policies are being met.
Your Experience:
A background in either Citizens Advice, Consumer Law, Trading standards or a Government Service Contact Centre. Plus, demonstrable experience in leading and managing a large team.
