Join Our Installations Team as an Installation Supervisor
We are expanding our Installations Team to meet growing business demands. We are seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor within the construction industry to oversee and support our installation teams and customers. This role offers substantial career progression opportunities within a reputable company.
Based out of our Bristol branch, the role will primarily involve on-site work at customer locations across the UK, with occasional visits to our branches.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead by example, overseeing all onsite workers, including third-party contractors.
* Ensure safety protocols, including RAMS, are followed and equipment quality is maintained.
* Prioritize health and safety, managing risks, and stopping unsafe activities.
* Support flexible working hours, including overtime and call-out duties, with increased rates.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential: Experience working on construction sites, understanding of onsite safety, flexible availability for on-call duties, valid UK driving license with less than 6 points.
Preferred: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, SSSTS, IOSH Managing Safety, forklift license, CSCS card, Water Hygiene Card, industry experience preferred but not essential.
