My Client is a leading architecture firm specializing in innovative design and high-quality construction projects. We are committed to creating functional, sustainable, and visually compelling spaces. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revit Architect to join our team and contribute to the design and development of a wide range of exciting architectural projects.
Job Summary:
As an Architect, you will be responsible for utilizing Revit software to create detailed architectural designs, building models, and construction documentation for various projects. You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure the accuracy and quality of architectural work. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of architectural design principles and possess strong Revit skills, with a proven ability to lead and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Revit-based architectural models, drawings, and documentation for various projects.
Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to develop design concepts, ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
Produce detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
Work with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems within the Revit model.
Review and ensure design compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Perform design reviews and quality control checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with design intent.
Manage and resolve project-related technical issues, collaborating with team members to find effective solutions.
Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on best practices in Revit modeling and architectural design.
Stay up to date with the latest Revit updates, architectural trends, and industry best practices.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Revit in architectural design and documentation.
Strong proficiency in Revit software, including advanced modeling and drafting capabilities.
Solid understanding of architectural design principles, building systems, and construction processes.
Experience with creating 3D models, BIM workflows, and integrated design solutions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality work.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:
Architectural license (or in the process of obtaining) preferred but not required.
Familiarity with BIM management and workflows.
Experience working on residentail and commertiall projects is a plus.Benefits:
