Job Advert: Executive Assistant (ID: 13231)\n\nOur client is seeking a highly organised and dependable Executive Assistant to support leadership teams and ensure smooth business operations. This is a key role with a focus on diary management, logistics, and administrative tasks to free up time for the team to focus on core activities.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDiary Management: Schedule appointments, team meetings, and coordinate executive time.\nLogistics: Organise meetings, travel, and events; prepare agendas and action plans.\nEmail Management: Handle customer and partner communications for the CEO and Director.\nDocument Management: Assist with migration to OneDrive and organise documents.\nPresentations: Prepare PowerPoint slides for customer meetings.\nFinance Support: Help with invoicing, chase overdue payments, and handle queries.\nCRM Management: Update Salesforce with current contact information.\nPersonal Assistance: Provide occasional support with personal arrangements.\nSkills & Experience:\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nExperience in a similar role is required.\nExcellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.\nProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
