Site Management Administrative Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an administrative assistant to work as a Site Team Administrative Support Worker at Hull Royal Infirmary.
The successful candidate will have excellent IT, organisational and communication skills as the post includes taking minutes of meetings and general telephone enquiries. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is also essential.
This post is included as part of a rota covering 7 days per week, including bank holidays. The successful candidate will be expected to be part of that rota and to work their hours over 2 or 3 days per week dependent on hours.
The successful candidate should be a team player who is able to work in a friendly but fast-paced office environment.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Good standard of education to GCSE level
* ECDL or equivalent
Experience
* Experience in a recent clerical/administrative role within a clinical setting
* Experience of working in the NHS and have a practical understanding of how a hospital operates
Skills ability and knowledge
* Demonstrate problem solving.
* Well developed interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of bed Management Systems
* Up to date knowledge of NHS priorities
