* Registered Midwife (NMC)
* Educated to degree level in relevant subject area

* FRSH competency implant insertion
* Evidence of CPD

* > 1 year post registration clinical experience working as an RM in the UK
* Completed preceptorship course if applicable
* Experience of working in all clinical settings

* Experience in conducting audits.
