Administration / Post Room Clerk - Carrickfergus - Permanent

* Monday to Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Your focus will be to assist in the maintenance and effective operation of the post room. Duties will include:
* Ensuring all incoming mail is opened and distributed to relevant personnel.
* Collecting mail from the various departments.
* Folding letters for posting.
* Operating mailing machine.
* Ordering paper.
* Scanning paperwork.
* Correcting letters found with errors.
* Assisting Administration and renewal teams.
Criteria:
* 5 GCSEs at grade C or above (or equivalent) including English and Maths.
* Microsoft Office Experience.
* Excellent accuracy skills.
* Ability to prioritise and organise.
