* 5+ years of experience in Data Management, particularly within large global organizations.
* Proven expertise in ServiceNow, including CSDM implementation and data structure management.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
* In-depth knowledge of data workflows, sources, and storage, with experience in multi-vendor environments.
* Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* ITIL/ITSM knowledge or certifications are a plus, along with a focus on continuous improvement.
