As a Sales Support Coordinator based in Branston, Burton upon Trent, you’ll be responsible for:
* The main point of customer contact, dealing with buyers, project managers and site contacts.
* Building relationships with both our customers and suppliers to ensure the customer gets the best experience and we are easy for the customer to deal with.
* Taking ownership of our customer’s projects, managing supplier deliveries, customer call offs, deliveries and after sales support.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
* Previous experience in a similar role within a merchant/manufacturer environment.
* Customer focused attitude, making Neville Lumb easy to deal with for our customers.
* Ensure good communication between branch departments, especially the warehouse operations which you will be in constant communication with.
