What you will do:
1. Serve as an integral part of the SCAS team to support Staffordshire's vulnerable children and families.
2. Engage in early help, safeguarding, and support for children in care, care leavers, fostering services, and children with disabilities.
3. Manage and assess referrals, ensuring a thorough understanding of service thresholds and intervention requirements.
4. Employ strong ICT skills to use electronic social care and other children's information systems effectively.
5. Work flexibly to meet the demands of the service, providing timely and appropriate responses to referrals.
