Salary: £52,000 - £63,000

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
1. Act as the primary point of contact for the successful end-to-end delivery of multiple infrastructure projects.
2. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines in alignment with business objectives.
3. Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and issues to the PMO, adhering to governance frameworks.
4. Take timely action and escalate when needed to keep project delivery on track.
5. Ensure accurate invoice reviews and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Monitor build partner performance, offering guidance and support to drive successful delivery.
7. Lead regular governance and progress meetings with build partners.
8. Oversee all site Health & Safety matters, with monthly reporting to the Senior Delivery Manager.
9. Report on programme progress and commercial performance monthly, ensuring key Ready For Service milestones are met.
10. Line manage a team of Build Assurance Engineers, supporting their development and performance.
11. Build and nurture positive relationships with key stakeholders, including local councils and community groups, providing regular project updates.
12. Support and participate in social impact initiatives aligned with our contractual obligations.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
1. Experience in civils, cabling, and network activation projects, and technical knowledge of fibre networks.
2. Comfortable working across teams in a matrix setup – juggling priorities and keeping things moving.
3. NRSWA Streetworks Supervisor certification.
4. Knowledge of local authority roadwork rules and codes of practice work.
5. Project Management qualification & IOSH or SMSTS Health & Safety training (Not essential, but definitely a bonus.)
