Due to a heavy workload we are looking for someone as soon as possible to pitch in with a variety of admin duties to clear a back log and bring things up to date. Working with a helpful and friendly team you will need to be able to move from task to task as priorities require Responsibilities Scanning documents Filing documents Helping with clients emails Answering incoming phone calls with professionalism Support the team with scheduling appointments and managing calendars Prepare documentation as required Assist with numerical data entry Maintain an organised workspace to promote productivity within the office environment.
